Another motif on Q&Q :)

I have been busily stitching away on a few Christmas gifts for a few special people so I have nothing to show here on my blog when I am "giftie stitching"...but I did put the gifts aside today because I was having Quaker and Quilts withdrawal!!! I just had to pull it out and stitch on it for a little while :) I stitched another quaker motif :) LOVE IT!!!! I just cannot say enough about how wonderful this project is!!! It's back to gift stitching :)

Design: Quakers and Quilts
Designer: Rosewood Manor
Design Size: 15 x 8
Fabric: 40 ct. Lakeside Linen Lintel
Fibers: Valdani Floss (I chose these as this is the fibers that are recommended and Carol is stitching her piece in and it looks absolutely gorgeous)I will be stitching 1 over 2 with the Valdani fibers
Start Date: 10-19-2009

I got some stash today from Jan....I ordered all 3 of her Samplers and they are just gorgeous. Jan has been a friend for MANY years and I always known she was so talented. I am SO happy to see that talent bloom!!! I just love the samplers, Jan!!
I hope there will be MANY more to come :)

You are so right about Quakers and Quilts. And about Jan's designs. They are terrific and I put them on my wish list.

I love the gingerbread motifs! I always do my kitchen in gingerbread. My kitchen is americana year round. I wish I had a hobby lobby near me.
Love your stitching room. Cant wait to take over one of the bedrooms in my house for my own stitching room.
