December snow

The DD's BF from California thinks this is GREAT....me?? Not so much!!! Beautiful, yes, but I worry for those that have to travel in it-my hubby included. Safe travel to you all! The roads were not covered when I took this picture early this morning, but it has been steadily snowing since and I can no longer see the road in front of our house.

I hope you all had a Merry Christmas :) I enjoyed it SO very much!
Take care! I plan to stay in with my Christmas stash and enjoy this COLD and snowy day (yes, still snowing heavily here)
hugs and love from Snowy SC,

Safe travels to your hubby. I so agree. I'm not looking forward to the blizzard they're predicting around here today and tomorrow. Guess i'd better get used to it!

Safe travels to everyone!!! My sister who lives in California is the same way. She rarely sees snow now, so loves when it does happen. I think with the pretty scenery it would be a good day to say inside and stitch!!

Wow, that is some crazy winter snow!
It's not snowing here but boy is it cold.
A good day to be inside stitching!
Merry Christmas Becky

We have snow, too! It is so pretty outside but not something I care to venture out in. I'm glad you had a wonderful Christmas and I can't wait to see what stash you got!

That's always it, isn't it? If you don't need to get outside to go somewhere it's lovely to have all that snow...from inside! Safe travels to your hubby. Enjoy your cozy inside day, Becky!

So glad your Christmas was lovely. Your snowman collage header is great! Driving in snow can be a challenge, but hopefully everyone will be safe and warm in side and you can relax.

Great pictures, Becky! I'm like you - lovely to look at, but glad that I don't have to drive in it.

We had snow here in Texas last Christmas, but none this year, and I'm happy about that...

Beautiful! It started here about an hour ago--light, yet steady. :)

Enjoy that stash; I'd love to see pictures if the fancy to share some strikes you!

Beautiful pictures!! It's hard to believe you're in SC while here I sit in northeastern Canada with barely any snow on the ground.
I'm glad though since all my sons are travelling here tomorrow to celebrate our Christmas.

We had a White Christmas and a great day too! So glad you decided to post all 2011 projects. We don't want to miss a thing. :-)

Lovely stashy gifts!

Now that Christmas is over, I gear up to celebrate my birthday on the 28th!

How crazy is it that SC has more snow than MI??

That is the beautiful wet snow that I love. I know you aren't used to it.

Wonderful photos. Lovely isn't it for the first few hours and then it's just an inconvenience. Nowadays it seems we have ore snow in the UK and I'm just so glad that if I need to I can walk to work.
