We had a death in our family this week and the funeral was today. It was a beautiful tribute to her life that touched my heart so much. It's so difficult to lose a loved one so close to a holiday. I hope that all our family knows how much we love you and that you find comfort and strength and healing through your faith and those that surround you.
Sending all my readers love and hugs and make sure you tell someone you love them today!

Sending your family prayers of comfort and peace at this time.

So sorry for your loss. May the Lord comfort you as only He can.
Thank you for all the picture posts of your cross stitch. I love every one of them and hope to find some time in the New Year to stitch some projects of my own.
Love the little Christmas pillows! I especially like the button on the ribbon on the first design.
Sorry to hear of your family's loss so near to Christmas.
I am so sorry for you'r loss, it never is easy no matter when. ((HUGS)) that your family will be at peace this Christmas season.
What lovely finishes. I always have stitching withdraw when we have visitors, but most of the time they understand my love of the art and pay me no attention, I am such a multi tasker :)
Take Care friend!
Becky I am sorry to hear of the loss of your family member.
I love both of these finishes. What great fabric on the Noel piece. It looks like it was made for it. You have an eye for detail. Beautiful work.
Thank you for sharing.

Sorry to hear of your loss.
Beautiful finishes.
Sorry for your loss!!! P.S. the Noel pillow finish is awesome!
Your finishes are lovely. I never remember these pillow finishes when contemplating how to complete my needlework.
I am sorry for your loss. A friend of ours was stuck by a car when he and his son stopped to help at the scene of an accident, and Ken died 24 hours later. He knew Christ as his Saviour, which eases the pain of our loss. May you find comfort in the Lord.
Two beautiful finishes.
I am sorry to hear of your loss. My thoughts are with you.
I'm so sorry for your loss, Becky. Sounds like the funeral was a lovely tribute.

So sorry to hear of your loss Becky! I was told of my uncle's passing this past weekend, but cannot fly to CA for the family. It is never a 'good' time for a loss, but the holidays makes it just a little harder to take. I will say a little prayer for you. Regarding your last two finishes, those are the same two I plan to do next, even if it is on Christmas day! Tonight I hope to do some finishing and take some pics for my blog... Been busy! Hugs to you. Happy Christmas!
I am sorry for your loss!Ariadne from Greece!

Hi Becky,
I am so sorry for your loss. It is a hard thing to go through. I hope the LOrd will shower His comfort over you. I love your little items. Hmm! Maybe I should stitch when I can't get to sleep sometimes when my husband is delivering newspapers. Have a wonderful day. Oh yes, I tried to send you my mailing address but my e-mail wouldn't go through. When you have a chance, could you please e-mail me? My e-mail address is dance4joy@gmx.com Thank you! Look forward to hearing from you!
Deepest condolences, Becky. It really is a hard time of year to lose someone close.
Peace

Oh dear friend how our lives parallel! We lost my husband's grandmother last week. I share your sorrow.
I'm glad you will have visitors with you this week. It does help ease the loss.
Hugs,

These are very nice! :D I'm not an early bird (well, sometimes I am; I do like my quiet time and can see advantages to having it at night or morning). I'm glad to hear that you're carving out a little time for yourself to recharge so that you can enjoy your company more. I love people, but without "me" time I can get weary.
I'm so sorry for your loss, Becky. You and your family will be in my prayers.
Thank you so much for taking the time to stitch up my "Noel" design, it turned out beautifully.
Take Care & Merry Christmas
Hugs, Sandy

{{{Becky}}} - I am so sorry for the loss of your loved one - I haven't been on blogger this week, so I only just read this news.
My father-in-law is in hospital at the moment, and things aren't looking good for him, so I'm preparing myself for the worse. I think I will be okay when the time comes, but I am worried about our ten year old son - he and his grandfather are very close, even though we now live 1,000 miles away.
{{{hugs to you and yours}}}
So sorry for your loss.
Take care.
