Snowman Ornament

I "heart" Prairie Schooler. Pam's designs are timeless!!!! How could this design ever become dated?? And who couldn't smile when looking at it??Another giftie finished :) This one is too cute! I used green trim, red/black gingham ribbon and snowflakes added to the hanger. The backing is a holly print. It turned out adorable.

Designer: The Prairie Schooler (from Santa and Snowmen leaflet)
Fabric: 32ct. Scrap
Fibers: DMC
Start Date: 12-1-2010
Finish Date: 12-1-2010

THANK YOU so much for your comments on the PS Woodland Santa in my previous post. I truly appreciate each and every comment :) You are all so kind :) That being said...Please don't feel obligated to comment as I am taking a little sabbatical from blog reading right now and have not been able to visit/comment on your blogs.

Happy Stitching to all :)
hugs and love from SC,

Becky,
The snowman looks great. I love your finish on him.

I am working on a PS from the Old World Santas leaflet. I will never tire of stitching and looking at PS designs. They are my favorite hands down.

aww, your snowman ornament is cute, and I like the fabric that you used for the back. Good Job. I just love all snowmen, they are so adorable.

You should enter this into my sewing challenge blog here at Paula's Sewing Challenges, and you could win a little something, something.

Hope to see you there soon.

I love the fabric on the backing. It goes well with the design. The buttons to hold the hanger are cute.

By the way, do you normally just pick up fabrics from stores near you or do you order online too?

Thanks for sharing your finish with us!!
