What's abuzz?

A Pillow to share :)
I took the beehive and flower motifs from LHN's Gentleness and stitched them for this adorable pillow. I just love the way it turned out. I used some antique lace, buttons, Gingham ribbon and some bee print for finishing.
I am having the BEST time stitching, creating and finishing gifts for my blog readers :) This one will be coming to live with one of you :)
The flowers are NOT as vibrant blue as they appear in the picture-they are a more toned down blue.

You are diffidently on a "roll" hun; this is so cute; I love the little bees. I still think you could publish a book on "finishing" and it'd be a top seller. I know I'd buy it.

Gosh, you are so quick!! I think thats where I go wrong, I always pick medium sized projects to stitch, and it takes me ages to finish, and I get a little bored, so I've decided to finish my WIP's ( I have 3, one is from Christmas 2009!!!) and start stitching smaller ornaments. Your blog is my inspiration!
I love the fabric you have used, and the finish, its just beautiful.

It's beautiful, Becky - the attention to the small details with the lace, ribbon and button is what really finishes this (and all your pieces!)
