I made these 2 pin pillows from some FUN country print I had in my stash. One Tulip and One Sunflower. I plan to send them off to a couple of my readers-just not sure who yet...ROFL!! I made a Flag pillow too but it's for a special friend that I know will enjoy it and it's not pictured. I thought they may bring some sunshine to a couple of my readers that may need some right now as so many of us are so tired of winter. I added some old lace to each pillow from the lace that came from my Aunts mother, a button with gingham ribbon and a large safety pin along with some straight pins for character :) What do you think? Cute huh? Will bring sunshine to someone??
AND MY SUNSHINE??? WOW !!! I am so excited as I received a MOST wonderful gift in today's mail from a DEAR sweet friend-she sent me all 4 of the new PS leaflets and I am just so overwhelmed by her generosity. Thank you again my friend. I love them and YOU!!
I would like to ask that you all say a special prayer as we approach the one month mark of my nieces death on Sunday as well as her birthday next Wednesday. I know those are going to be 2 difficult days for my SIL, her husband, daughter as well as the entire family.

Your pillow finishes are just lovely, I love both of them, soo pretty. Sunflowers always remind me of my beloved Grandad who I lost in 2005, he used to grow them in the backyard and they were huge. I have a photo of him stood next to one and it towers over him, and he was a tall man.
I will have you and your family in my thoughts over the coming week too.
