I enjoy samplers because they feel timeless to me. I would love to be included in your giveaway and enjoy following your blog. Your stitching is beautiful.
Samplers give people a chance to try a bunch of new techniques and stitches without overwhelming you with a WHOLE piece in a new stitch.
I love learning new fonts .... and seeing the stitches in various colors. :)
Thanks for a chance to win.
I love all things old and vintage - Samplers tell a story and the more you take the time to observe the details in a sampler - the more it will tell you . I love to think about how much simpler life was and yet difficult - and the women took their time to invest in such heirloom pieces!
Oh what a beautiful piece!! I love samplers because they link the needleworkers with the past with the needleworkers of the present to the needleworkers of the future. I feel samplers reach across the generations and connect us. Thanks for offering such a generous give-a-way!
I am not "always" drawn to samplers. Sometimes I go thru a pincushion binge or a biscornu/humbug attraction, BUT I always get drawn back to samplers. It's a mystery-go figure. Have a great weekend!
Please enter my name!! Samplers tell a story to me, and remind me of days gone by!! I have seen so many beautiful ones over the years!!
Love your PS!!!
Ellen
I like samplers, because they consist of patterns, which can travel long
I love ¡ samplers because they mixed alphabets, borders, flowers and motivs. In fact the primitive samplers were used for girls to learn the letters while they were embroidering.
I would love to enter in your beautiful giveaway.
A lot of hugs
I would love this sampler because I have never stitched a sampler before. I have been looking around for a couple of years for a sampler and none of them have really called out to me until I saw this one bit is absolutely beautiful. I strikes me as organized chaos, which is kind of how I am. Any, I just love the look of this sampler and I would love to do it.
Wow Becky this is right up my stitching alley. You did a wonderful job on this piece. I love Quaker patterns and this one is beautiful. I love the colors. I have never seen it before and would love to be in the drawing.
the blending of patterns, shapes, feelings. I like to study them, pick out different elements, and wonder why the designer chose to put that particluar pattern in that particular spot...fascinating
I love samplers because there is so much going on, I don't get bored! Also, samplers remind me of Little House on the Prairie so it takes me back to my childhood :)
Thanks for a chance to win!
I love the tradition and connection to the past that comes from stitching samplers!
Hi Becky,
Another lovely generous giveaway. I like samplers because visually they offer soo much, you can always find something new and different and they have that timeless appearance.
Pls enter me.
Hugs to you

So many reasons I love Samplers...let me count the ways...No, really I just love the variations, the constants and the unusuals that you find in samplers. Especially the older samplers. I love the monotone look which is fansified ??? by the details. I guess the best reason is that I just DO.
Please enter me in your drawing.

I think that samplers are story tellers. They are a way for a stitcher to tell his or her story about what they stitch. They also tell time as the centuries change so did the samplers. I love them for that alone. Consider this my entry to your drawing and thanks for thinking about all of us.

I just love the look of a sampler plus I love history. With reproduction samplers I have so much fun imagining how the original stitcher lived and what she thought. This is a lovely looking Quaker. Thank you for offering it to your readers and for including me in the drawing.
Thank you for another wonderful giveaway! I love Quaker designs, cannot resist collecting and stitching them. Would love a chance to own this one!
Hugs,
I'd love to be entered into your giveaway!
I love samplers because of what they tell us about a needleworker in the past. I think about what she was thinking and what her life was like.
Becky, your sampler is indeed gorgeous as all of your work is. I would be thrilled to have the chart. Please enter me in your drawing.
I love all of the different motifs and color possibilities, and the fact that you can take bits and pieces of the design and create other finishes from it.
Thank you for the chance.
Marilyn
Some of the reproduction samplers give you the chance to see into the soul of a fellow needleworker from the past. Working any sampler today gives me a chance to feel connected to a rich tradition of creativity. Thanks for this chance to such a beautiful piece.
I've never thought about why I love samplers, I just do! I love stitching the alphabet portions of a sampler and counting off each letter. I love how samplers are a connection to all the stitchers that have come before me and how the thread ties us all together. This sampler has wonderful motifs that I love - hearts and that stitcher -- just perfect!
Please include me! :) I love samplers because they are timeless and incorporate many different elements into one piece.
I don't fully understand myself why I am so drawn to samplers. I have so many over my house, on my walls. It is what I gravitate toward in the stitching stores. They just remind me of my grandmother and history and seem to have so much meaning behind them all. Each time I stitch one, I think of my kids or grandkids remembering me when they see it.
oh my I have been wanting this chart for a couple years now!!!! Please include me!!!! PLEASE!!! I love samplers because they are eye catching, any colour will do, new techniques ect ect
I am being drawn to loving samplers more and more because of wonderful stitchers like you.
All the wonderful details and oh the beauty of each part of a sampler....
Please add me into the drawing for the chart for this beautiful sampler.
Thank you.
I like seeing all the different motifs in the samplers. Thanks for a chance to win this pattern. Your sampler is beautiful!
I haven't always loved samplers. They've seemed to grow on me. You can almost imagine the women who stitched them. It's like they've left a piece of themselves within the needlework. It often tells a story. I love the thought that so many of these have lasted for so many generations.
Please include me in your draw Becky. It's a lovely design.
Thanks
I love this sampler, it's gorgeous, but I love all these Quaker style samplers. In general, I think stitching samplers connect all women, through time.
I have always been drawn to samplers. I love that the alphabet in in them as a pre-school and Kindergarten teacher' aide my life the last 15 years has been all about ABC's and 123's! I also have always wanted to to a Quaker design. I have done Quaker ornaments but would love to do larger Quaker piece. the colors are just beautiful. I hope you will include me in your give-a-way. Thank you - Rose
I love samplers because they have a very vintage feel - it's like they are the beginning of this hobby that we all love. I recently picked cross stitch up again after several years hiatus when my kids were babies. I am LOVING it!!! I have been drawn to the look of Quaker samplers lately and this sampler definitely has the look. Thanks for including me in your drawing and have a wonderful weekend!!

I would LOVE to enter this Giveaway! AMAP is one of my favorite designers. I really like the stitcher at the top of this chart! Just look at all the options to make with it! I am drawn to samplers more and more, and it is because of the variety of motifs. For reproductions--it is for the history. I used to be big into genealogy, so history intrigues me! Hugs.
I love samplers because whether they are very old or brand spanking new, they always have a sense of history, they always seem to have a story to tell. I would love to be entered in the giveaway.
I love the agelessness of samplers. I love the history in the reproduction samplers. I have always been drawn to alphabets. I also am drawn to quaker. i would love to be entered in the drawing.
У вас очень красивые работы, я постоянно читаю ваш блог.
Мне было бы очень приятно получить от вас подарок.
I am so addicted to samplers, specially Quakers and Adam and Eve. I am presently working on Quaker Christmas...love it! I would love to win your chart, thank you for entering me. Stephanie in Orange County, California
To tell you the truth, I don't do a lot of samplers. Most of the time, it's because the design doesn't appeal to me or because it's too "country." However, there are several samplers on my list of stuff I want to do (it has it's own Picasa album) that just look "classic" and I like that look. This sampler is unique. I love the colors and how it's not just letters and numbers in a boring straight row.
I have loved samplers, and particularly anything with the alphabet, for years. To me they all qualify as heirloom pieces. I have fallen in love with Quaker samplers this past year and have several that I want to do, but I really love this one you are offering. Would love to win it, but if not I would sure like to buy the pattern and hope you will give us the information.
You might want to visit my blog to see the Quaker sampler my mother did. It is the gorgeous Mouline Rouge done in a different color scheme.

Oh wow I remember that. It's an AMAP one and I remember loving it at the time. I still love it now. I love samplers, the simplicity of them and with repros esp, the history behind them. They are so classic in their appeal and will look great in any room of the house. Great giveaway. I would love to enter. x
I first must say,"your stitching is remarkable". And as far as why I have been drawn to samplers, I guess I believe they each tell a story in there own way. I love all the different stitches incorporated and the simplistic beauty in each one. I would love a chance to win this sampler. It would make a wonderful addition to my others. Thanks for the chance.
I have always loved samplers. They never go out of style. If I have charts forever that I hope to stitch when life slows, I'll still want to stitch them 10 years from now....unlike all the geese of the 70's! :)
Love this chart. Thanks for putting it "up for grabs."
Olivia
Hi Becky! Yes, please enter me for this drawing. I lost the first page of this design and I would love to finish it up sometime.
I love samplers because they are history. They are of history of the past and records of the present. They can personalized for extra meaning. I love a reproduction because as I stitch I wonder about the person who first stitched it.
I love samplers because of their history. I love to look at the motifs and think of what they might represent. This particular sampler is wonderful because of the peacock (which I love) and the little stitcher.
Hello Becky, I loved to participate in your giveway. Not for me, but for a friend who is completely infatuated with samplers and quackers. Kisses and thanks for letting me participate
OOOOOOO my I love this pattern !!!!!!! I love samplers - I like alphabets especially - I also love birds & I believe I see a peacock in there !! I would be too excited
The suspense is too much :)
I'd love to be entered for this giveaway please Becky if that's ok.
I'm drawn to samplers because they seem like lots of little happy dances to me, and you can always use your creativity to choose a colourway that suits you.
A beautiful sampler! Samplers are a snapshot in time and technique. So many were created in the centuries gone by and yet so few remain.Which of the samplers we create now will be around in 300 years? I love samplers because I can use my own colors or those of the designers and when finished
I have a record of what I have learned-about stitching,friendship and history.
I love samplers because they are wonderfully chaotic!! They are a collection of beautiful little designs which seem to fit together perfectly.
I'd love a chance to enter your wonderful giveaway! I am drawn to samplers because of the connection to other needleworkers in history - I especially love reproduction samplers!
Thanks so much :)

Samplers are some of my favorite pieces to stitch. I know how calming they are for me to stitch and I love to imagine women (and even young girls) taking up their stitching at the end of their long work days (much harder than mine I'm sure!)and feeling some of that same calm. This is a gorgeous design, and I would love to have a chance to win the chart. Thanks for the chance!
I love samplers because they make me think of stitchers of long ago. I also think that they will never go out of style and I just love the way they look. I remember when you stitched this and I loved it then and still love it now. Please enter my name in your draw and thank you for the chance to win this beautiul chart.
Samplers are timeless and filled with history and I love alphabets!
That is gorgeous! I have just recently in the last couple years been drawn to quaker samplers and honestly can say i do not know what draws me to them but just fall in love with them. LOL would love to be entered into the drawing.
I would love to stitch this! I love, love, love samplers because I am a preschool teacher and I love teaching the alphabet to the children. I love the look on their face when they first put the sounds together and read! It is my honor to open this world up to them and I think that stitching samplers and displaying them honors this!
Hugs,
Lisa C.
That's a gorgeous designs. I love samplers not only because of the story behind it but when I stitch it, it gives me a chance to stitch motifs and such that wouldn't appear on a picture design. On top of that, some sampler gives me a chance to try out new and different stitches and a chance to practice stitches that I might have known but did not have many opportunities to use.
I love samplers because they give you a chance to tell a story while showcasing your needle skills. I really like to work on larger projects and the samplers become like friends while stitching them. I especially like samplers with different techniques. Thanks for the opportunity to participate in the drawing. I would be honored to stitch this sampler. I think it would make a nice Christmas gift for my mother.
I enjoy samplers because they make me think of a different time-- and because the look timeless.
What a wonderful giveaway!
You know, I used to see a sampler and think "Ewwwwwww"! But recently I've begun to see the beauty and the history in them. I also love the fact that each little motif seems to be a project in itself. In fact, one of my Crazy January Starts was a sampler and I haven't been able to put it down. I would love to be able to stitch this one as well!
Thanks for the drawing; please enter my name.
I've ALWAYS been drawn to samplers. Their beauty is timeless. I sometimes imagine a little girl who would rather be outside playing with her brothers being told my her mother that she has to stay inside to work on her stitching.
I especially love the antique or repro samplers with the missing or backwards letters or other mistakes.

Hi Becky:
To be quite honest I have never done a sampler. :( They are really pretty but I don't seem to find the charts available at my local craft store. I have a local LNS but I don't go there as often. Trying to keep myself out of trouble you know. :)
I would love to make a sampler though!
Please enter me for a chance to win this chart.
Thanks!

I love samplers because like their name, Samplers, they give you a little taste of everything in one beautiful package. This one is beautiful! Thanks for the giveaway!
There is something special about a sampler that links us to the past! It links all of our surroundings now with the little girl that we used to be to stitchers of the past. They are beautiful, each with a story to tell! I love this pattern! It combines all of the above and I would be honored to stitch it! Thank you for your offering!
