YAY!! Thanks to Roberta for sending me the WDW Kohl I was able to finish Halloween Cove this evening. I absolutely LOVED every single stitch of this design! What fun!! And the fabric I substituted made it even more enjoyable!! And the fibers I subbed as well! The colors are AMAZING! I changed just a couple of things...I didn't really care for the bees (you all KNOW I love bees)-they didn't seem to fit with the theme and I left the tiny cat off in the right bottom corner.

Becky, it's precious! I love the Haunted--it looks just like what a Halloween sky should look like. I'd never seen Haunted Cove until you started stitching it, now I think I need to have my LNS order a copy for me.

Becky, that is amazing!!!, the colours look great, so vibrant. I've never substituted colours or fabrics, I generally go with what I'm told to do, maybe I should be more bold!!!!

I am not familiar with this original design so the bee's just made me laugh. When one thinks of Halloween bee's are not top on the list for most people. Perhaps they were angry hornets.;) I'll have to go look at the original design, you have me curious.

Wow, I know this is old news, but I love this piece. I loved the color conversions when I first saw them at Stitch and Frame.
