Thank you all for the names suggested :) I will put Everyone that suggested a name into a drawing for a chart. I will post more about that later :)
For the finish I used some of the fabric from my Aunts mother-it looks amazing with this. I finished it off into a pillow that can be hung from a peg or doorknob or anywhere really. I fringed the top and used large buttons and brown/white gingham ribbon for hanging and the pillow is tied closed with the gingham bow. Isn't it just adorable? I love it!!
Here he is among the honeysuckle which will bloom before we know it :)

Thank you all so much for all your wonderful comments and emails :) It's always such a pleasure to share with you all :)

Hey, Neighbor.
I've never tried punch needle, but have been intrigued by it more and more recently. I'm thinking a visit to Hobby Lobby may be in order to search for those supplies...not that I need another hobby!!
Enjoy all the sunshine this weekend!

What a gorgeous country style finish. I look forward to see what his/her name will be :)
Adorable! I love the way you finished the design :)
Oh Becky, he turned out soooo cute! Happy Punching!!!
Becky,
He is adorable and the way you finished him is perfect! You did a great job and now you have a new hobby. Someday I'm going to do a punch needle piece, they all look so nice when they're done. I always remember my grandmother when I see bunnies because she loved them and had several living in her backyard. When I was little she told me they were Hop Hop's so of course I would name him Hop Hop.
Becky - This really did turn out beautifully - Great finish & who wouldn't love a Bunny?
