Thank you friends

for your sweet comments on my bunny punch needle finish :) I appreciate them so much!

We had such a lovely day here today-warm weather and sunshine :) I was able to take some needlework on the deck and enjoy the day :) It was so relaxing and fabulous!!
I stitched this adorable alphabet in DMC 115 and 3371. I just love how it turned out. I finished it into a pillow that can hang (yes, I have a thing for pillows I can hang from pegs or doorknobs or other places in my home)where ever I fancy it :)
I used some more of the fabric from my Aunts mother (I will surely miss it when I use it up)as well as some of the lace from her mother.

Someone commented that I get a lot done. It's true-I do. I am a very "industrious" person. I stay busy and cannot just sit around doing nothing-I was that way even when I worked outside the home. If I am relaxing I have something in my hands to work on. I have always been that way-I owe it to my mother as I was raised to always be productive and turn hands and heart to work and prayer. Thanks Mom :) !!

Thank you for visiting :) I hope you know how much I appreciate it :) Please do come again :)

Another beautiful finish! Oh, I am so much like you...I cannot for the life of me sit still and watch tv..etc...I have to have my stitching out! If I don't, it's not time well spent...and I was like that when I worked outside the home too!!
Take care
Marion

This is wonderful! Red is my most favorite color. I get that from my beautiful grandmother who passed away last August. I also love the simplicity of the handwork. It is beautiful!
