Magnetic Needlebook

I modified the design just a bit and used only part of the design so that I could accomplish the look I wanted for this needlebook. This is another one going into my RAK basket to be mailed off later to one of my readers. I am happy to say of the 14 RAKS I mailed out last week (with 3 of those being International) I have heard from all but one person that each RAK arrived :) I am sure the other one will arrive any day now. (woohoo!! heard it arrived today)
Finished as a magnetic Needlebook with Red Glass Tear Drop Pin for closure.

Designer: Savoir Faire Vailly (freebie)
Fabric: 32 Natural
Fibers: DMC 115
Start Date: 3-5-2012
Finish Date: 3-5-2012

Thank you so much for stopping by today :)I appreciate each and every sweet visit! Please do come again.

It is gorgeous Becky and so clever too.

Oh My!!! what a cool little finish. I would even use it opened flat to find the needle I always seem to be dropping. Plus the stitching is just wonderful.

I am amazed at how much stitching you get done. I have been working on the same darn ornament for a month now. Do you have any tips for a perpetually slow stitcher? I can't make more hours in the day and I still have to work for a living, but maybe you have some pointers?

Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful projects.
